Back in mid November – before our deep freeze hit – I managed one final paddle on the North Saskatchewan river.
I used the paddle to try out a brand new Starboard Free Ride board.
This is a great new all around board for us “lake and river” paddlers here.
It is 12’2″ in length and comes in either a 30″ width or in the Free Rider XL at 32″ wide.
I even surfed the same board at a WEM surf session a few weeks later.
We will have a few different versions at our flat water demos starting in the new year.
