Here is a short GoPro video of the Starboard NEW Carbon race board. Tried it out on Friday evening at Telford Lake in Leduc It is a freaking missile – max speed over a 100m distance on flat water with a very slight head wind was 9.2 kmh!!!

Holly Cow! We received our shipment of Starboard Race boards today – The NEW / The Surf Race and the Free Race. Busy unpacking . . . and then heading out to paddle my Carbon NEW. The brand new Naish Javelin 14′ board just showed up in the shop. The thing looks like . . . well . . . a javelin! The dimensions of the board  are : 14′0” x 26 1/8″ x 6 1/4″ As you can see by the dimensions it is not very wide – so it won’t be the best beginner board out there.
